Business Development – Engineer / Manager


  • Male/ Female, MBA from a reputed college and Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering would be advantage
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, communication & negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking, result-oriented, dynamic and highly initiative.
  • Good command of English.
  • Experience: – 0 – 5 years.

Job Description

  • Analyse key prospects and market / industry segments to penetrate for new ventures & explore the needs of these segments for potential new market.
  • Gathering market intelligence data, potential customers and competitors’ information, identify potential pitfalls and hurdles & suggest solutions
  • Identifying various upcoming opportunities for the Company to venture into, Techno-commercial acumen
  • Should be able to do SWOT Analysis & assessment of Business opportunity and market development at an early stage
  • Will be responsible for business expansion & networks with various clients and project management consultants
  • Should possess sound knowledge of preparation of Pre-qualification documents & techno-commercial proposals
  • Should be able to identify business partners for JV’s/ consortiums based on project requirements
  • Good in promoting organization’s image as a company with external customer focus with the help of presentations/ seminars/ conferences/ exhibitions
  • Will be responsible for taking care of Engineering services & software – Intergraph & ICAS products.
  • Prepare MIS & other reports and maintain the database
  • Independent and self-starter with good oral communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think out of the box and suggest new ways of implementing ideas in a better manner.
    Should not keep yourself restricted to the brief given and should be able to brainstorm and come up with innovative ideas to bring the project to reality. Target Oil & Gas, Petro-chemical Sector, Power Sector, Food Processing, Pharmaceuticals etc. to look after business opportunities To position 3D modelling Software, Schematic Products & Enterprise Engineering Software in Target companies
  • Provide product presentations to clients in a professional manner.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of company products, industry trends and competitors etc.
