• Digital Datasheet Redlining (DDR) – added in v10.1 and updated in v11.1. DDR simplifies the redline process and ensures redlined datasheets are complete and accurate. When a redlined datasheet status is set to Complete, redline admins can automatically upload the new data to SmartPlant Instrumentation or manually input it. More security has been added for approving datasheet redlines. Specific user rights are required to approve datasheet redlines.

• Loop Check Folders – optional feature to ensure loop checks are performed with the latest data and are managed efficiently. Use folder documents manually (print folder data) or digitally (enter data off or online).
• Browsers – Added new Spec Sheet browser and Enhanced all browser views to enable users to select additional tables and data fields for any browser views.

• Enhanced Photo Viewing and Management – Associate multiple photos with instruments, panels, panel strips and redlined datasheets.
– Photo icon colours indicates the presence of an attached photo.
– Uploaded photos can be assigned an editable title and note.

• INView / INP&ID integration – click a P&ID hotlink from an instrument’s Properties to zoom to the related instrument on the P&ID. A red box surrounds the instrument tag balloon for easy identification.

• Demolished, Removed from Service and Decommissioned watermarks are automatically displayed in red on the latest revision of Datasheets and Loop drawings based on text in revision descriptions.

• Admin Module, now integrated with INView, has many new options:
– Redline – can now customize redline status forms.
– LoopCheck – toggle option on and off, assign loop check sheets, create folders; assign users, associate documents, etc.
– Enable/Disable photos and vendor documents.
– Logo Manager to upload and manage the assignment of logos
